<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-generation system with good recovery efficiency of power generation heat. <P>SOLUTION: The co-generation system 1 is provided with a power generation unit 20 for generating power and power generation heat, a hot water tank 44, a hot water circulating path 4 for sending water in the hot water tank 44 to the power generation unit 20, heating by the power generation heat, and returning to the hot water tank 44, a floor heater 82 utilizing heating medium (hot water), and a heating medium circulating path 84 for passing the hot water tank and circulating the heating medium to the floor heater 82. In a conventional system, heat is exchanged between the heating medium for recovering the power generation heat and water in the hot water tank before the power generation heat is accumulated in the hot water tank. In this system 1, the water in the hot water tank 44 is sent to the power generation unit 20 by the hot water circulating path 4 and is heated by the power generation heat.
