PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usable puncture unit capable of miniaturizing the whole body and reducing the number of parts, and easily bringing an auxiliary part such as an analysis part closely to a position of puncture. SOLUTION: The puncture unit comprises a puncture member 2 with a needle 21, the auxiliary part 3, a support member 1 for supporting the auxiliary part 3 detachably, and a needle cap part 29 for holding the puncture member 2 detachably and capping the needle 21. The needle cap part 29 is attached to the support member 1 as held between the puncture member 2 and the auxiliary part 3 or integrally formed with the support member 1 in a first direction of extension of the needle 21 of the puncture member 2, and is movable in a second direction crossing the first direction for avoiding overlap with the auxiliary part 3 in the first direction.
