PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compound powder enabling skin surface to be made weakly acidic when applied to the skin and presenting good feeling in use, and to prepare a non-aqueous cosmetics containing the same. SOLUTION: The compound powder consists of powder 1-50μm in mean particle size comprising an organic acid and a cyclodextrin, wherein the organic acid is selected from citric acid, tartaric acid, salicylic acid, succinic acid, adipic acid, glycolic acid, malic acid, ascorbic acid and edetic acid, and the cyclodextrin is selected from a cyclodextrin, a hydroxyalkyl cyclodextrin and glycosyl cyclodextrin. The compound powder is good in feeling when applied to the skin, causing no cloggings of a spray container containing the same; therefore, by using the compound powder, the non-aqueous cosmetics lowering the pH of skin surface, good in feeling when applied to the skin and causing no cloggings when packed in the spray container can be obtained.
