PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin-sealing equipment which has proper utilization efficiency of resin to installation efficiency ratio. SOLUTION: The resin-sealing equipment 1 is provided with a holding part 20 for holding a frame 14 on which a component 28 is mounted; a conveying part 17, which carries the holding part from a first position P1 to a third position P3 via a second position P2; molds 30, 31 which are brought into contact with the frame 14, positioned at the second position P2 from an almost vertical direction and form resin-injection spaces 41, 42 around the component 28 mounted on a first main surface 14a or a second main surface 14b; a resin injecting part 43 for injecting resin into the molds; and a lifting mechanism 6, which mekes the frame 14 positioned at the second position P2 move in almost vertical direction, together with the holding part 20.
