CHLOROPRENE RUBBER COMPOSITION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new chloroprene rubber composition having slight smoking properties during vulcanization. SOLUTION: The chloroprene rubber composition emitting a small quantity of smoke during the vulcanization and having excellent operating efficiency is found out by using a high-viscosity aromatic process oil which has not conventionally be used as a softener for the chloroprene rubber. That is, the volatility is reduced and the smoking properties during the vulcanization are reduced by using the high-viscosity aromatic process oil having≥20×10-6m2/s kinematic viscosity at 100°C.
