PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt adhesive composition having excellent adhesive strength immediately after bonding. SOLUTION: The hot-melt adhesive composition contains (A1) a copolymer containing an ethylene unit and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester unit and having an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester unit content of 20-29 wt.% and (A2) a copolymer containing an ethylene unit and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester unit and having an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester unit content of 30-50 wt.%. The content of the component A1 is 10-40 wt.%, that of the component A2 is 90-60 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the sum of A1 and A2, and the differenceΔX of the carboxylic acid ester units calculated by formula (1)ΔX=X(A2)-X(A1) is 2-7 wt.%.
