PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of a sunroof capable of smoothly introducing water reserved in a stepped part and water blocked in a cable route for sunroof driving to a drain pipe without decreasing strength of a frame member. SOLUTION: This frame structure is constituted of a pair of side frames 14, 16 and a front frame 22. A rain rail 54 of the front frame 22 is arranged with a step below a guide rail 50 for sunroof driving to prevent inflow of water to the guide rail 50 for sunroof driving of the side frames 14, 16. Additionally, a rain rail 58 gently inclined from a lower surface of the rain rail 54 of the front frame 22 to the neighborhood of the rain rail 52 of the side frames 14, 16 is formed on corner members 18, 20, and an opening part 64 is formed on the rain rail 52 so that water can continuously flow between the rain frame 58 and the rain rail 52 of the side frames 14, 16.
