PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical recording medium for reducing the displacement of the warpage of the optical recording medium accompanying an environmental change even if diversified printing is performed, and an optical recording medium.

SOLUTION: A dummy substrate and an information recording substrate 12 are separately obtained respectively and stuck by setting the sum of the die temperature during molding of a stationary die and moving die for molding the dummy substrate in such a manner that this sum is made higher than the sum of the die temperature during molding of the stationary die 16 and moving die 18 for molding the information recording substrate 12.
