PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system for false-twist machines efficiently cooling, particularly, a thin yarn, a thin and thick yarn or the like having extremely low tension, suppressing a surging phenomenon and capable of corresponding to high-speed false twisting. SOLUTION: A regulatory guide 27 for preventing the yarn from being sucked to the side of a suction means 13 by suction action of the cooling system 5 is installed in the cooling part 15 of the cooling system 5. In the regulatory guide 27, a rod-like guide 28 is fixed in nearly center of a plate 29 and protruded from the plate 29 and the protruded part is freely inserted into a guide hole 30 bored in a state in which a fixed wall member 16 is engaged with a movable wall member 18 and the plate 29 is fixed to the fixed wall member 16 by a screw 31.
