PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag integrally equipped with a neck hanger label indicating a manufacturing record. SOLUTION: The neck hanger label (20) indicating the manufacturing record is integrally provided on part of a bag (10) via a perforated cut line (a). The neck hanger label (20) consists of an insertion hole (15) and an indication (16) on which the manufacturing record or the like is mentioned. The label (20) indicating the manufacturing record of contents is cut off from the bag and put on the neck of a molded container to be refilled when refilling the contents, so that the cleaning record can be easily kept.
