PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent direct contact of blown air directed toward a pane with the pane by operating a vertical louver of a side ventilator and a shut valve by one operating dial alone. SOLUTION: The vertical louver 3 in the side ventilator 1 and the shut valve 7 are connected to each other by one series of a link mechanism. The shut valve 7 blocks a ventilation flue in the side ventilator 1, and the shut valve 7 is revolved in the same direction as the revolving direction of the vertical louver 3 at a revolving limit, when the vertical louver 3 reaches the revolving limit toward a side part of a car room, in the side ventilator for the vehicle for operating both of the vertical louver 3 and the shut valve 7 by the one operating dial 2.
