PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting both deviation of work positioning and deviation of casting die attachment by directly measuring deviation amounts in a short period of time, by using both of a distance sensor and an image sensor, and for deburring. SOLUTION: In this method for correcting deviation of position, after setting a work, the work is firmly clamped to a tool and three working surfaces, a surface A, a surface B, a surface C of the work are measured by the image sensor and six positions of the work are measured by a laser type distance sensor. Use of deviation measurement data measured by the image sensor is given priority to in deburring, deviation amount of the work is corrected by a NC controller based on the measurement data, and deburring of each surface is carried out.
