摘要

The present invention relates to a biological leavening agent of carbon-process filter mud and its process for preparing active simgca fertilizer. A biologic leavening agent is prepared from rice husk, sulfurized filtered mud, and sugar through preparing culture medium from them, inoculating WH flora to it, and fermenting. An active Si-Mg-Ca fertilizer is prepared from the filter mud generated during refining scan or beet sugar by carbon method through using it as culture medium, inoculating the said leavening agent and fermenting.
