<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the secrecy of document data and to improve the convenience of a document operation by performing the biometrics of fingerprints, signatures and voiceprints, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A fingerprint input device 121 reads the fingerprint as the biological information of a user.
