PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for preventing paper powder and toner left after transfer from being accumulated on the entrance seal of the cleaning device and for reliably preventing toner drop over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The entrance seal 66 is supported by an entrance seal holder 67, and electrified to the same polarity as applied transfer voltage.
