<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a favorable solution for reducing the operation cost in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A priority listing method is introduced which quickly obtains the solution relative to an increase in calculation time accompanied by the expansion of a system scale. Based on the solution obtained by the priority listing method, a plurality of initial solutions are created, and several heuristic methods are employed which create high-quality solutions in a short time for only solutions which are likely improved. Start/stop re-scheduling (amendment of a gray zone) is performed for further reduction in cost, and thereby it is expected that the high-quality solution can quickly be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
