<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray type electronic component supply device that can reduce the economical and inventory space burdens imposed upon a production line plant and can cope with any attaching spot to an electronic component mounting device. <P>SOLUTION: A side face-connected tray type electronic component supply device 61 or 62 can be completed on the job site of a substrate unit manufacturing line by assembling a tray drawing-out stage unit 38 with a main-body unit 35, a uniaxial robot 45 on the unit 38 by deviating the robot 45 leftward or rightward, and a component transport shuttle unit 50 with the unit 38 by protruding the unit 50 in the lateral direction correspondingly to the deviated position of the robot 45; and, after fixing the substrate guiding rails 58 of a transport rail unit 56 by deviating the rails 58 leftward or rightward corresponding to the protruding direction of the unit 50, assembling the transport rail unit 56 to the rear section of the tray drawing-out stage unit 38. When the component transport shuttle unit 50 is arranged so that the unit 50 may be extended backward by removing the transport rail unit 56, the tray type electronic component supply device 61 or 62 becomes a left or right front- or rear-surface end connecting type. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
