PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor by which an image having a high image quality is stably obtained by having excellent durability for a long period of time and suppressing the lowering of image density and the deterioration of an image due to image blurring in the electrophotographic photoreceptor and also to provide an electrophotographic method, its device, and a process cartridge by which high speed printing is attained by eliminating the necessity of replacing the photoreceptor by using the photoreceptor, and the miniaturization of a device is realized by reducing the size of the photoreceptor, and the high image quality is stably obtained even in repeated use. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor possesses a photoreceptive layer incorporating amine compound having at least one dialkyl amino group shown by a general expression (1).
