<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict heat radiation loss by securing the contact of an electric heater unit, which is provided outside a hot water storage tank, with the hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: Since electric heater unit 13 provided under the hot water storage tank 4 of a water heater 1 is directly pushed to the hot water storage tank 4 to be fixed by a rib 15 of a fixing nut 14 without interposing a heat insulating material 17, the contact of the electric heater unit 3 with the hot water storage tank 4 is secured without receiving an influence of the deformation of the heat insulating material 17 to be generated with expansion/shrinkage of the hot water storage tank 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
