PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle cruise note testing machine which enables a similar noise measuring indoors without going out on a track, and has no influence in result of measuring by measuring location, environmental condition and velocity irregularity. SOLUTION: The testing machine is provided with a mount body for mounting and holding an object to be tested, a wheel moving means which rotates a rotor holding pivotally a test wheel on one end, makes circular movement of the test wheel setting a rotation center of the rotor as a center, and moves the test wheel while rotating intermittently the test wheel on the object to be tested, a sound measuring means for measuring sound generated, and a sound insulation means which can cover at least the object to be tested, the test wheel and the sound measuring means.
