PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure, and to satisfactorily fold and stack continuous documents different in an interval from a tip up to the first folding line. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of the first guide part 10 provided with a pair of guide plates 3, 4 for constituting a guide slit 12 between opposed one-end parts 3a, 4a and arranged to be gradually sloped toward the guide slit 12, and the second guide part 11 provided on a base 5 with a pair of holding guide members 6, 7 for constituting an engaging slit 20 opened with an opposed space narrower than a space of the holding line 55 of the continuous document 50 with respect to the guide slit 12, and with a pair of regulation guide members 8, 9 arranged to be positioned in a side way respectively with a prescribed space with respect to the holding guide members 6, 7.
