Endorepellin, its fragments or derivatives, or analogs thereof, inhibit angiogenesis, and can therefore be used in the treatment of tumors and other angiogenesis-mediated diseases or conditions by inhibiting the generation of new blood vessels. Anti-endorepellin antibodies can also be used for the detection, diagnosis and monitoring of angiogenesis-mediated diseases or conditions. |
