PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal sheet which is excellent in weatherability, antifouling property, non-tacky properties, chemical resistance and interlaminar adhesive strength, and useful as a substitutional material for a polyvinyl chloride-coated steel sheet. SOLUTION: A fluororesin film layer (A) and a metal sheet (C) are laminated through an ethylene copolymer composition layer (B) wherein 0.01-5 pts.wt. coupling agent containing an amino group or an epoxy group are compounded to 100 pts.wt. ethylene-poler monomer copolymer comprising≥1 wt.% poler monomer with a poler group selected from the group consisting of carboxylic acids, carboxylates, carboxylic anhydrides and epoxy groups, a hydroxyl group and amino groups.
