PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device of an automatic vending machine which has no possibility of being subjected to tampering, a merchandise theft, or the like by making it difficult for an outsider to remove installation parts of an automatic vending machine installed at an installing place and maintaining the installation state of the automatic vending machine. SOLUTION: This installation device 21 is provided with a level bolt 6 provided on the bottom plate 2 of an automatic vending machine main body 1 and a pressing plate 11 fixed to the installation place 7 of the automatic vending machine main body 1 through an anchoring bolt 8. A nut part 22 of the anchoring bolt 8 is formed from a cylindrical body 23 where a recessed part 25 is formed on an outer circumferential surface, and an adapter part 26 for turning the nut part 22 is formed a hexagonal prism 27 where a projecting part 29 is formed on an inner circumferential surface so as to turn the nut part 22 with a general-purpose tool through the adapter part 26. A cover 31 is placed down over the pressing plate 11 fixed to the installation place 7 to cover downward a hexagonal part 4 of the level bolt 6 engaged with an engagement groove 10 of the pressing plate 11 and the nut part 22 of the anchoring bolt 8.
