RESIN FILM LAMINATE PAPER FINE CUTTING OBJECT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND MOLDED ARTICLE FOR PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture paper resin pellet of little scuffing, capable of providing fine cutting object of WP paper in uniform size and of easily controlling average particle diameter and size distribution of the fine cutting object, of which molded article is flexible and shock-resistant, and having high melt flow requiring low charging pressure at the time of molding. SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing fine cutting object, resin film laminate paper is provided while finely cutting the object with using a fixed blade and a rotary blade arranged in a chamber, and provided cutting object is sucked and removed through a screen constructing a part of the chamber. Thermoplastic resin is blended in manufactured film laminate paper fine cutting object to provide paper resin pellet, and molded article is formed from the paper resin pellet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
