<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-power generator which can settle the generated power voltage within an appropriate range of charging voltage in a wide wind power range by preventing the generated power voltage of a generator from getting out of the appropriate generated voltage range of the storage battery due to the change of wind velocity, and can charge a storage battery efficiently with power generated by the generator. <P>SOLUTION: In the wind-power generator which possesses a windmill, a permanent magnet type generator, a rectifying circuit, and a storage battery, the generator has a plurality of taps U<SB>2</SB>, U<SB>2</SB>', V<SB>2</SB>, V<SB>2</SB>', W<SB>2</SB>, and W<SB>2</SB>' in the middle of winding L<SB>U</SB>, L<SB>V</SB>, and L<SB>W</SB>for respective phases, and is provided with a switching means which changes winding per phase to one piece of winding or plural pieces of parallel winding by switching the taps, and the wind-power generator can control the generated power voltage of the generator to be within an appropriate charging voltage range of the storage battery, by changing the winding per phase into one piece of winding or plural pieces of parallel winding according to wind velocity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
