PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate safer electronic commerce.

SOLUTION: A purchase store server 21 uses a card identification number assigned to a noncontact IC card of a cellphone 11 to generate and supply purchase information. A reception store server 31 acquires the purchase information from the purchase store server 21, and uses an identification number of a purchase card included in the purchase information to check the card identification number assigned to the noncontact IC card of the cellphone 11 and an identification number of a purchase card included in purchase information stored in the noncontact IC card of the cellphone 11. An authentication server 41 computes user reliability and store reliability according to temporary transaction information stored in the noncontact IC card of the cellphonee 11. The computed user reliability and store reliability are referred to by the cellphone 11 and the purchase store server 21 in the next commerce. This system is applicable to an electronic commerce service.
