<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electrostatic discharge type connector with a guide post and an electrostatic discharge type connector with a guide pit to have a discharge certainty and not to adversely affect a contact shielded with a shield member even at discharge. <P>SOLUTION: The plug connector (the electrostatic discharge type connector with the guide post) 10 is provided with a housing 4 holding contacts 8, 9, an alignment member 34, a shield member 28, and holding fittings (conductive members) 22. The shield member 28 and the holing fittings 22 are connected to different grounding circuits, by fitting legs 30 and holding legs (holding parts) 18, respectively. A horizontal part 58 of the holding fitting 22 is located at a tip face 61 of the guide post 26, and discharges at insertion-coupling with another connector to release static electricity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
