<p>A hard vinyl chloride resin composition, suitable for use in producing information signal recording media, consisting essentially of</p><p>(A) 100 parts by weight of a copolymer having a specific viscosity of 0.16 and 0.31 and composed of 75 to 99% by weight of units derived from vinyl chloride, 1 to 10% by weight of units derived from ethylene and 0 to 15% by weight of units derived from another monomer copolymerizable with said vinyl chloride and ethylene monomers, and/or a polymer mixture having a specific viscosity of 0.16 and 0.31 and composed of at least two polymers selected so that the proportions of monomer components are as defined for the copolymer, and</p><p>(B) 15 to 30 parts by weight of carbon black having an absorbed oil content of 300 to 400 ml/100 g and a surface area of at least 900 m<Sup>2</Sup>/g.</p> |
