PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat pipe capable of removing non-condensable gas inside a heat pipe container or degasing non-condensable gas dissolved in a working fluid without causing no bumping phenomena of the working fluid injected into the heat pipe container and easily controlling injection of a proper amount of working fluid even in the heat pipe with a small diameter for stable performance. SOLUTION: The non-condensable gas 9A inside the heat pipe container 1 is removed, and the working fluid 4 is injected into the container 1 kept in an atmosphere including no non-condensable gas. The non-condensable gas 9B dissolved in the working fluid 4 injected into the container 1 is degased while the lower part area of the working fluid 4 injected into the container 1 is left as a non-heated part 4D, the upper part area of the working fluid 4 is heated to be boiled by a heater 7 arranged in the position in which it can secure the upper part area of the working fluid 4 as a heating part 4E. When an opened end part 2 of the container 1 is closed, the heat pipe is manufactured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
