PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spun yarn having cutting resistance/workability/feeling without deteriorating the cutting resistance/workability/feeling by post-processing such as dyeing. SOLUTION: The yarn is a blended yarn having a twist coefficient of 2.0-4.0 and composed of an ultra-high tenacity polyethylene staple fiber having a tensile strength of≥22 cN/dTex and one or more colorable staple fibers selected from polyester staple fiber, nylon staple fiber and aramid staple fiber. The blend ratio of the ultra-high tenacity polyethylene staple fiber is 30-80 wt.%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
