PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve screen display through setting of definitions by screen without development of a screen display program for individual display screens. SOLUTION: A screen display template group storage part 52 stores a screen display template in which the display positions of individual temporary display items on a screen layout plane are defined in the units of display screens. A display item coordination database part 53 stores the list definitions of display screen units of actual display items to be displayed on screens. An actual item information database part 54 stores the contents of information on the actual display items in a form that can be identified as a group of pieces of display information corresponding to screen units. A definition combination information database part 51 stores the screen display template, the list definitions, and the combined definitions in screen units of the group of pieces of display information corresponding to the screen units.
