PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance of an absorption refrigerating apparatus 10 in a cogeneration system which performs indoor air-conditioning with heat generated by the absorption refrigerating apparatus 10 driven by the exhaust heat of a generator 15 as a heat source. SOLUTION: A regenerator 11 of the absorption refrigerating apparatus 10 is provided with an exhaust gas heat exchanger HEX5, and the exhaust gas heat exchanger HEX5 and an exhaust port of an internal combustion engine 16 of the generator 15 are connected by an exhaust pipe 18. Exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine 16 is directly supplied to the exhaust gas heat exchanger HEX5 through the exhaust pipe 18, and the exhaust gas heat exchanger HEX5 performs heat exchange between the exhaust gas and a primary side refrigerant flowing through a refrigerating circuit 5 of the absorption refrigerating apparatus 10.
