PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution for sufficiently achieving effect of a guide member 41 on the side of a printer 1 to abut on paper 7 to align and preventing skew of the paper 7. SOLUTION: In this paper package 9, packaging material 8 composed of a sheet member folded into a box shape encloses the paper 7 as a printing medium for the printer 1. The packaging material 8 is composed in such a way that prescribed parts are cut along perforations to expose part of the paper 7 from the packaging material 8, so that it can be set on the printer 1 with the packaging material 8. A cut part 47b without having an uncut part is formed at a part (side part 53) covering an edge part on at least one side of the paper. The cut part 47b is connected to the perforations 47a.
