PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk mat, the combustion heat of the incineration disposal of waste such as the unnecessary portion at the manufacturing and the unnecessary portion realized after use of which is low and, even under the bulky disposal of which an incinerator is hardly damaged, at the scrapping after use of which no load is given to environments and further recycling of waste of which is possible. SOLUTION: In at least one side of the desk mat, an under sheet 1 as a foaming body made of a biodegradable resin having a 25% compressive permanent set of not more than 10% is provided.
