PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroformed part in which brackets are integrally molded by only hydroforming and which further has all securing structures for securing other parts at the completion of the molding by hydroforming and method for molding thereof. SOLUTION: A fastener 4 is secured in such a manner that a surface member of the molded part is expanded along the contour of the fastener 4 and covers a portion of the fastener 4, when molding the hydroformed part with the fastener 4 for securing the other parts. And, the fastener 4 set at the recessed shaped portion is secured, by extending out a branch pipe in a convex shape in an outward direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction from the molded part, and thereafter returning the branch pipe in an inward direction of the molded part in a concave shape, when performing hydroforming.
