PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning dielectric coater is provided which prevents coating solution from adhering to coater pan and cleans the surface of coater roll. CONSTITUTION: In a dielectric coater comprising a coater pan(2) in which coating solution is contained, a solution pick up roll(3) the surface of which is stained with the coating solution, and a solution transfer roll(5) contacted with the solution pick up roll(3) to transfer the coating solution to a solution coating roll, the apparatus for cleaning dielectric coater comprises a solution pick up roll cleaning part(10) installed in the coater pan(2) and interlockingly connected with the solution pick up roll(3) to clean the surface of the solution pick up roll(3) and an inner part of the coater pan(2); and a solution transfer roll cleaning part(20) interlockingly connected with the solution pick up roll cleaning part(10) to clean the surface of the solution transfer roll(5), wherein the solution pick up roll cleaning part(10) comprises touch roll(13), moving rolls(15,17), fixed roll(18) and belt(19), and wherein the solution transfer roll cleaning part(20) comprises base(21) and touch block(23).
