<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin hollow double wall structural body which comprises hollow double wall structure to provide a required rigidity and strength as a shelf panel or the like, and is hardly stained and also can easily clean even if stained, for example, in case of the shelf panel where a recessed rib is formed on one wall comprising its lower side wall. <P>SOLUTION: The shelf panel 1 having the resin hollow double wall structural body is obtained by carrying out blow molding of a thermoplastic resin material. The recessed rib 6 is formed by bulging a part of one wall 2 of the shelf panel 1 toward the other wall 3 opposing to one wall 2. The recessed rib 6 includes a face opened at the surface of one wall 2 having a gently recessed curved-face. The bulged portion of the recessed rib 6 formed to one wall 2 is adhered to the other wall 3 to integrate one wall 2 with the other wall 3 by the recessed rib 6. The face opened at the surface of one wall 2 of the recessed rib 6 has a hemispheric surface or a roughly hemispheric surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
