<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to treat a waste fluid of coating material without requiring a complicated treatment facility and without causing trouble, and further make it possible to treat other waste building materials. <P>SOLUTION: Porous particles 8 are impregnated with the waste fluid of coating material generated in the coating step of a production process for a ceramic building material. The porous particles 8 impregnated with the coating material are added to a cement compound G, which is then molded into a ceramic building material 7.
