PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed sheet for decoration which can be easily re-adhered, can be removed with a small peeling force and leaves no paste residues. SOLUTION: A base film is provided on one side thereof with an adhesive layer prepared by crosslinking at least one silicone selected from silicones being compounds represented by the general formula or the like, comprising a silicone comprised of a straight-chain polyorganosiloxane having vinyl groups only on both ends and a silicone comprised of straight-chain polyorganosiloxanes having vinyl groups on both ends and side chains, and on the other side thereof with an image-receiving layer (wherein R denotes a specific organic group or a compound with a vinyl group on a part thereof and m denotes an integer).
