PURPOSE: A mounting part for a vehicle is provided to stably fix a vehicle under a strong impact load and to secure the reliable connection by inserting a lock to a correspondent receiving unit at the fixed position by the combined linear and rotary movements. CONSTITUTION: A mounting part(1) for a vehicle is releasably connected to at least one vehicle-fixed retaining device by at least one lock unit(3). At least one lock unit has at least two locks(4). At least two locks are movably arranged independently of one another and moved in different directions. At least one lock is controlled by a guiding device to carry out a linear and/or rotary locking movement. The guiding device has an operating system(6) which drives the locks and/or form-lockingly controls the locking and/or unlocking movements. The operating system has automatic control means acting on at least one lock to facilitate locking and/or unlocking.
