The arrangement (10) includes a reflector (20a) comprising two or more ground planes (31-33) working one behind the other and the space in between them forms protected enclosed cavities or channels (34a-34d) for an antenna power supply grid (4). - The arrangement comprises a number of cooperating antenna panels (11a-11c) with antenna elements (21a-21c). The panels are mounted in a modular manner in a closed ring around a holder (12) such as a mast or tower. Each panel has a rear reflector (20a-20c) comprising a ground plane and the panels combine to form an electromagnetic-tight electrically conducting ground plane in a ring around the holder between the latter and the antenna elements.
