FIELD: wood-working industry, in particular, production of slabs. SUBSTANCE: a carpet with a water content up to 18% is formed, the density deviation not exceeding 8%. Then, hot compaction is performed at a temperature of 100 to 180C (depending on the grade of cereal crops) and unit pressure of 1600 kH/sq.m during 10 to 15 min, with a subsequent delay without heating for 10 min. The straw is not milled. EFFECT: enhanced strength of the compressed slab, reduced power intensity of the compression process, improved audio- and heat-insulation characteristics of the slab. 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
