FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: raw meal for manufacturing building ceramics contains following components, wt %: carbonized clay loam 84-89.3, compacted microsilica 10- 14.8, tall pitch 0.6-1, and alkaline emulsifier 0.1-0.2. Manufacture of ceramic products comprises preparing raw meal by mixing carbonized clay loam with microsilica preliminarily compacted by supplying on granulator tall pitch emulsion obtained by mixing tall pitch with alkaline emulsifier aqueous solution. Raw meal is then molded, dried, and baked at 950 C. EFFECT: extended resource of building raw materials, reduced consumption of materials, and increased frost resistance of products. 2 cl, 2 tbl |
