摘要 FIELD: deposition of electrolytic coats. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electrolytic processes of application of anode coats with use of liquid electrolyte and chemical reactions taking place on surface of treated article which can be used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation, aviation and shipbuilding industry. Process includes treatment of surface of article with jet of electrolyte, formation of potential difference between 100 and 1000 V with the help of outside power supply source between section of treated surface of article which is anode and second electrode of opposite sign with initiation of microspark and microplasma discharges, injection of finely divided powder of metal carbide, nitride or oxide or metalloids insoluble in electrolyte. Finely divided powder of titanium, and/or carbon, and/or titanium hydride, and/or carbon compounds are additionally injected into jet of electrolyte as additive with exothermic effect of oxidation. Dispersity of mixture of powders amounts to 1-5 mcm and not more than half-thickness of layer of applied coat. Powders are injected into jet of electrolyte simultaneously in equal proportion and sum of both powders in electrolyte amounts to 3.0-20.0 percent by weight.
