PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably keep an air-fuel ratio regardless of external load such as an air conditioner and electrical load, and to provide the stable rotation of an engine at idling. SOLUTION: The variation of the external load is detected to switch an opening of an air bleed. The transition processing for the change of the opening of the air bleed opening is determined in accordance with the transition from rich to lean of the air-fuel ratio and the transition from lean to rich of the same.
