PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply preparing a mixed reagent solution for simultaneously performing proliferating reactions without repeating same operation more than necessary. SOLUTION: This method comprises fixing components of a solution set of reagents to be fixed, on each chamber 12 on a chip 10, by a covalent bond or non-covalent bond. And then the remaining reaction reagent solution set of the reagent set is, in a non-fixed state, added on the chambers 12 and a cover plate 14 is put on the chambers 12 to independently sealing each chamber 12. Then the resultant is put in separating conditions corresponding to the method for fixing so as to separate the components of the solution set of reagents to be fixed, the separated components are mixed with the reaction agent solution set and polymerase chain reaction is performed in the last place.
