PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that water produced by biodegradation is absorbed by bio-adsorbent materials, such as ceramics, and the water is evaporated at a temperature in the survival area of microorganisms after the end of the biodegradation, but the temperature is low and therefore a long time is needed for drying in the conventional biological garbage disposer. SOLUTION: The garbage disposer is provided with a number of holes smaller than biochip particles at the bottom of a biodegradation vessel and the water produced by the biodegradation is discharged through these holes to the outside of a reaction chamber system, thereby, the regulation of the moisture of the biochips is continuously stabilized and the activity of the microorganisms is stabilized as well. At this time, a suitable amount of water absorbent chips of elastic plastics are mixed with the garbage in addition to the biochips (for example, ceramics) so as to allow the water absorption materials to release H<SB>2</SB>O by receiving pressure at the bottom and to absorb the water again.
