PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative molded article having a three-dimensional effect, which can be made thinner and smaller without increasing the number of parts, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On a molding resin, a resin base sheet is laminated over the entire surface, and a metal membrane layer is laminated over the entire surface on the top of them. Then, a patterned transparent resin layer, of which the thickness is 50μm or higher, and of which the visible light transmission factor is 50% or higher is partially laminated on the top of them. Then, this decorative molded article is constituted in such a manner that the surface of the transparent resin layer and the surface of the metal membrane layer at a part on which the transparent resin layer is not laminated are made flush with each other.
