PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memo pad case for easily having a normal memo pad and a writing material ready which is proof against water such as sweat, rain and the like and by which notes can be taken even during diving, in water or in the rain. SOLUTION: A cover 10 of synthetic resin sheet is folded into two and its upper end 11 is sealed except an opening 110 of a predetermined length from its fold line 101. Its lower end 12 is entirely sealed. A writing instrument 20 with a clip 21 is inserted into the opening 110 by hooking its clip 21. The memo pad 30 can be put in or taken out from an open side 13.
